Windows 10: Has anyone seen this before?

    Has anyone seen this before?


    When I'm switching between Japanese and English keyboards, for some reason the German keyboard is on there as well but isn't an option under preferred languages. I'm not sure why it's doing that, but it does make it pretty annoying switching between 3 keyboards when I only need 2

    Help choosing video card.

    I have seen open item RX480's go local for $180. Keep an eye out for those would be my suggestion. The 1060 would be the obvious choice in that list however.

    3BTech is a GREAT supplier/e-tailer, the best refurb/open box seller i've seen and quite a few items(65%) are brand new. I suggest that cooler shown above that is listed at 3btech.
