    Harddrive with Microsoft Windows


    Hello,I have a hard drive that has Microsoft Windows on it. The computer broke and I have the harddrive but no way of getting it to boot up. I don't know where the license key is or even what version it is. I'm pretty sure it was a Windows 7 install via CD installer that got updated to Windows 10 for free. How would I retrieve the license so I can reinstall Windows on a new drive using that same license?Thanks!
