Windows 10: Hackers took over my computer

Hackers took over my computer this morning. Trying to contact Microsoft made me get into two additional scams, one of which almost successfully tried to get into my bank account. Now I try this forum. Is it any good? Any help is really appreciated.

What is quickest way to find hackers entrance to computer?

I have a hacker in computer, what steps to remove, block entrance to computer programs. I tried going to basics, reloading windows...I do not know what steps to take. Please advise.

The Reset PC feature does not completely format the virus, the system local files are still retained.

If you want to get rid of hackers, the first thing you need to do is the following.

• 1. Change a network environment, if you can't change it temporarily, you can use a mobile phone hotspot to provide network for your computer (pay attention to the use of data traffic, check whether your data traffic is enough)
  

• 2. Reformat and install your windows so as to make sure your computer virus is gone.
  

• 3. Change your Microsoft account password, or even enable the 2-step verification feature. For a safer initialization of your computer, I suggest that you do not apply the Microsoft account login for now, but use the offline local administrator account to login your new windows.
