Windows 10: Grey Screen after Logging in

Hello,Computer shows a grey screen after signing in- I am still able to see the cursor, no taskbar- I am still able to open file explorer and open some apps through task manager- I cannot hit the windows key nor can I access settings- I have tried using the "sfc /scannow" command aswell with the DISM commands- I have tried System Restore Point- I have already downloaded Windows11InstallationAssistant

Grey screen on log in with Win10

I am using a Toshiba satellite L775 and am all of a sudden getting a grey screen when trying to log in. I have been using Win 10 for about 3 weeks without any issues. On log in, the windows tile comes up with spinning stars and after about a minute, I hear
the music to signal log in and then get nothing but a grey screen. Alt+cnt+del does nothing. I looked on the community and find people with the same problems. Solutions suggested by the techies are incomprehensible since I do not have a Win 10 disc and can't
get to anything on my laptop to try a repair.

help! What do I do to get my computer working again?

 

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?
