Windows 10: Grey Screen after Logging in

After logging in, I am now presented with a grey screen with my cursor, I am not able to look at the taskbar on the bottom, nor am I able to access the search button.I can only access Task manager via Ctrl + Alt + Del, and can open some apps like my search engine when I open it through File Explorer.I have contacted with Microsoft Support Twice and my issues have not yet been resolved.Another main thing to note is that I think my windows files are corrupted, because I am not even able to access settings.What I have tried:- System restore point is autodeleted now because they haven't worked-

Grey screen on log in with Win10

I am using a Toshiba satellite L775 and am all of a sudden getting a grey screen when trying to log in. I have been using Win 10 for about 3 weeks without any issues. On log in, the windows tile comes up with spinning stars and after about a minute, I hear
the music to signal log in and then get nothing but a grey screen. Alt+cnt+del does nothing. I looked on the community and find people with the same problems. Solutions suggested by the techies are incomprehensible since I do not have a Win 10 disc and can't
get to anything on my laptop to try a repair.

help! What do I do to get my computer working again?

 

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?
