Windows 10: Green horizontal line on my screen at the task bar

Hello, I need assistance with something. Just now, I noticed a green horizontal line on my taskbar. I tried restarting my laptop, but it didn't remove the line, could this be a drivers problem or did it receive physical damage? I don't remember hitting my screen...I tried uninstalling my display driver from advice from a google site since i panicked when i saw the green line and restarting my laptop to see if that would solve the problem but that did not work either.Would i have to carry back the laptop to the store i bought it at since its on warranty or is there a quick fix i can do at hom

I was connecting my laptop to a
Smart TV Screen when a horizontal green line appeared on my laptop screen. No prior accident in my laptop happened. Can I troubleshoot anything on my laptop before I resort to screen replacement?

I have seen a green line above the task bar a week ago, now the green line has spread to be the perimeter of my PC screen over the last few days, I using Windows 10 64 bit and the latest Firefox browser

( 101.0 ) 64 bit could you please make a suggestion/s how to remove it
