Windows 10: Graphics card isn't being detected whatsoever

I have hp 840 G2 it had 1 GB amd graphics card, recently I gave it for repair, and now after repair graphics card isn't showing or being detected. I fear repair man has taken out the card but I also read somewhere that graphic cards are integrated in laptop so they can't be taken out. Are there any solution that I can do so my graphics card being detected. If you tell about bios setting, tell in detail with hp 840 G2 bios setting

Graphics Card not detected anymore

From one day to another, my graphics card (Radeon HD 6870) was not detected anymore.

The card is not listed in the device manager anymore.

So far I tried: take the card out and put back in, to see if any contacts didn´t work, installing the latest AMD driver manually and I tried reseting my BIOS, but I´m not sure if I did it correctly.

My radeon HD 8670m graphics card isn´t useable, after windows 10 update. After i updated windows 10 recently (Windows 10 update, version 17763) my HD8670M graphics card stopped working, i can´t even
enjoy a playing FIFA 19 without lagging. Can someone help me with this issue please. I use this notebook as my main PC. Thanks in advance for your time and help.
