Windows 10: Graphic issue, browsers messed up and black blurs

I'm having problems with style in windows!
Many sites and windows icons are messed up!
As showed in image, Firefox and Edge there are weird style of images and boxareas, but in Chrome is ok!
In windows menu, there are many black blurs.
This occurs in all users! I don't believe that is a driver problem since don't occurs in Chrome.
How can I solve it?

This issue might occur if graphics card driver is corrupt.

To assist you to better, please provided us the information below:

• When you say that "And sometimes stutters for no reason during Web surfing", is the issue occurring while browsing through a particular browser or through all the browsers installed on the computer?
• Are you getting any error message?
• When you say that "black I install the last version of my graphic card ", how exactly have you tried to update graphics card driver?
• What is the make and model of the computer?

I suggest you to follow the steps provided in the Microsoft Help Article about troubleshooting with black screen issues and check if it helps.

Black screen on start-up with cursor (graphical issue)

since I upgraded to Windows 10 I am experiencing the following problem on my laptop. After I log in the computer screen is 90% black (the log in screen is normal and the 10% that is not black belongs to the taskbar but it doesn't contain the icons it should and the post-its I have in the upper left corner of the screen). I am sure everything is loaded in the background but in order to see my normal desktop I would normally have to open my Chrome browser (I know by heart where it is even though the screen is black) or the task manager and drag it over the screen as if I was "colouring it" in order to make the black areas disappear (surprisingly if I make a print screen everything seems normal as such I made a photo with my Mobile phone: Imgur). I believe the matter is a graphical issue, but I don't have enough knowledge to know how to solve it.

The computer I use is a Lenovo X1 Carbon laptop, running Windows 10 with an Intel HD Graphic 5000.

2. Do you receive the black screen on the browser window or the whole screen goes black?
   
3. Is the issue specific to one particular website or all the websites?
   
4. Which browser are you using?
   
5. What is the make and model of the PC?
   
6. If you are using a custom build PC, what is the make and model of the video card?
   
7. Which version of Windows 10 are you using currently?

Method 1:



I would suggest you to try refreshing the graphics driver by pressing the
Ctrl + Shift + Windows +
B key together, and check if that helps.
