Windows 10: GPU fans spinning like crazy and monitors won't start when booting up my pc

This is a repost from a previous post from last month. So, for well over a month or so I've experienced an issue that happens while I boot up my computer. On random days when I boot up my pc the gpu fans spins like a mad man and I only get black screens on all my monitors, which I would assume would be caused by some overheating issue with the gpu. As of now the only temporary fix I have found is to shut down the pc and start it up again, and then everything just goes back to normal like nothing had ever happened. Although it is a quick and easy fix, I would like something more permanent. Sinc

So, for the past few weeks now I've experienced an issue which is a little bit annoying. On random days when I boot up my pc the gpu fans spins like a mad man and I only get a black screen on all my monitors, which I would assume would be caused by some overheating issue with the gpu. As of now the only temporary fix I have found is to shut down the pc and start it up again, and then everything just goes back to normal like nothing had ever happened. Although it is a quick and easy fix, I would like something more permanent, and I am a little worried of what might cause this issue. Since I am only greeted with a black screen, I don't get to do anything while this happens, and when it doesn't happen everything looks like normal from what I can tell. For all I know it might be the latest gpu drivers causing this, maybe windows, but I have noe clue.

Since last time I've tried to use normal boot setting, which was a suggestion, it didn't really help. I've also done a complete restore of my computer, and it seemed like that help for a tiny while, or I might've been just lucky, but that didn't do much either.. This has been happening since december, and I can't find any solutions..

Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this problem. If the fan is spinning at maximum speed at startup might indicate that it is trying to cool down the CPU/GPU/internal components. Here are some things you can try.

1. Disable unnecessary applications programs that are running from the startup to reduce the CPU load

Try these steps

Press CTRL+ALT+Delete

Then click on Task Manager

Then Navigate to Startup Tab

( from there you can Disable unnecessary applications running from the startup)

Perform a Clean Boot to disable unnecessary startup and services

2. Boot your computer in BIOS and check for fan speed control settings. Also, Laptop Manufacturers have software that has fan speed controls, temperature power monitoring. From there you can check the laptop temperature.
