Windows 10: GPU CRASHING IN RIOT CLIENT

I am using a RTX 3070 FOUNDER EDITION with the maximum temp of playing high demand games is 62 C degree and I am also using an undervolted msi profile that seems to work fine with every others application except for RIOT because it keep crashing with this error in the attached image .Today Window create me a dumpfile and I dont know how read it so PLEASE HELP ME, this is so annoying and frustrating as i tried to install a fresh window or driver didnt fix anythingMSI PROFILE 3 IS UNDERVOLTEDTHE DUMP FILE CREATED BY WINDOW

RIOT Client for Windows

The Riot Client launcher seems to be pretty sneaky. I was uninstalling Valorant and found out there is no straight way to uninstall the Riot Client itself and the infamous Vangaurd anti-cheat.

How can I tell this has been completely removed from my system?

How do I delete Riot Client and Valorant fully?

I tried deleting Valorant and Riot Client but initally it prevented me from doing so because Riot Client was running. I went into task manager to end task but it still did not work. I tried so multiple times but eventually went into my files > this PC > OS and deleted riot client and valorant there. Now when I log in, it tells me it is still looking for a shortcut to valorant and when I go to installed apps, Valorant is still there. If i try to delete it from installed apps it tells me it cannot find the file because I deleted it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
