Windows 10: Got locked out of my personal account.

I've been dealing with this for a week now. My account is locked. I can't get support because every time I attempt to is asks me to login/sign in which is my main concern. I tried to get a verification code but it is not supported on my region Philippines. My account is just newly registered and created when I got my brand new laptop with HP. I don't know how else to fix this. I already tried filling out a form but I don't have anything to put on the email address and subject part. Please help.My MS Office apps keeps on giving me error and I can't use them at all.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Locked out of Win 10 account

Steve, All you need is a Windows 10 installation USB in order to use the procedure given in post #2. If you do not have one of them then you will need to take your computer to somebody who does. The procedure does not entail any use of the MSAccount reset / old mobile number / email reset. Denis

 

Lock screen issue

  Go to Settings>>Personalization>>Lock Screen.

  In the right panel, select Picture instead of Windows Spotlight.
