Windows 10: Gigabyte Motherboard Disabling CSM

My friends pc has a problem where disabling csm just bricks it into getting stuck into the bios splash screen the disk is in gpt but still faces this problem i've enabled intel ptt and tpm and it gets in with no problem but when i disable csm and turn on secure boot it gets bricked in the splash screen any suggestions would help

2. Ensure GPT Partition Style: Since Secure Boot usually requires the disk to be in GPT format and the system to boot in UEFI mode, ensure your disk is indeed using GPT. You mentioned having a GPT disk, but it's worth double-checking. Tools like Disk Management in Windows or the diskpart utility can confirm this.
   
3. Disable CSM Correctly: Depending on your motherboard, the process to disable CSM might vary. Ensure you're following the correct steps for your specific motherboard model. Sometimes, other settings in the BIOS need to be adjusted before CSM can be disabled.

I suggest you contact Gigabyte support who are very helpful even for older motherboards. I have a 2012 Gigabyte motherboard and am configured to use Option C - but this won't work if you have older hardware which needs CSM support. I had to disable fast boot in the BIOS on the advice of Gigabyte support since this setting sometimes caused the PC to hang at boot.
