I didn't understand what you meant.

The driver I suggested is for the model "G5 KE". Is this your PC model?

On the Gigabyte website, I noticed that there are also the models "G5 ME" and "G5 GE".

Hi

i have a new gaming laptop Gigabyte G5 GE laptop

since day 1 i had BSOD

tried to update my drivers and everything was good

now i have this BSOD with UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION bug

i have updated all my drivers+update my bios and EC from gigabyte site +disable fast startup option+file history is already disabled but nothing is help

here is my dump file please take a look and tell me what is the issue with my laptop

According to our analysis for your minidump, the BSOD is caused by NovationUsbMidi.sys. Maybe you have a MIDI device. Try to remove the device, uninstall its drivers, and delete its associated software. Then check if the problem persists.
