    Gigabyte Aero G5 laptop died after 24H2 update


    In early December I noticed a notification that a new update is ready to be installed for my computer so I pressed updated and let the Windows do this update. After update was over I selected finish update and shutdown since I was not planning on using computer that day any more. The next day the computer started normally and I was able to start playing Diablo IV. Everything worked well for about 30-40 minutes and then computer suddenly shutdown. It was not hot, if anything it was colder than usually during gaming. I had laptop sitting on a cooler stand with fans running on high so it had plen

    I didn't understand what you meant.

    The driver I suggested is for the model "G5 KE". Is this your PC model?

    On the Gigabyte website, I noticed that there are also the models "G5 ME" and "G5 GE".

    Gigabyte Aero - problem with keyboard operation

    I saw that some people have problems with the keyboard on Gigabite AERO laptops. My keyboard also stopped working this morning after turning on the laptop. I did something that helped. We'll see for how long.
    1. Open the C:\Program Files\GIGABYTE\Control Center folder
    2. run Uninstall_Package.exe
    In my case, on AERO Gigabyte Aero 17 XE5 - Wondows11 Pro, the keyboard started and works.

    If you start up your laptop and on the gigabyte logo screen, repeatedly press the F12 key or Fn + F12, does that being up a menu to allow you to boot form the USB?
