Windows 10: Getting "Download error - 0x80040154" on Windows 24H2 — Need Help

I’m running Windows version 24H2 and I’m encountering a persistent error:“Download error - 0x80040154”It shows up when I try to download or update apps via the Microsoft Store also in Windows Update. I've tried basic troubleshooting like:Restarting the PCResetting the Microsoft Store via wsresetDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthsfc /scannowI tried all these steps but the error still keeps showing up would love to know and get assistance regarding this.

I have an issue with my WIndows Updates, I am getting error code 0x80040154 and all the sites I checked did not help.

Here is my Windows Update log:

Checked in the Registry and here is what is listed
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Services\Pending\117cab2d-82b1-4b5a-a08c-4d62dbee7782

I have tried everything to get it to the correct location without any luck.

SFC / DISM / ResetWUEeng / WinFixit / and the list goes on.

I also deleted it and broke my computer and could not restore it. Had to start all over again and still received the same error message.

Does anybody have any suggestions. Thanks.

The above is taken from your opening request for assistance which indicated you had completed all admin command prompt fixes.

Having read all the offers of help from our extremely able members who did not read into what I read I can only suggest that you could have saved yourself a lot of pain and anguish if you had downloaded the ISO and reinstalled as suggested earlier.

Your choice....a good computer education or a nice squeaky clean computer in a little over half an hour.

Good day all - after letting all the downloads processes, I still received the same error message - here is a screen shot of the downloadsAttachment 122713 that were installed, screenshot of the registry and copy of the windows update log showing where service 117cab2d-82b1-4b5a-a08c-4d62dbee7782 first appeared. I think my next step will be to do a RESET and see if the system will make corrections.
