Windows 10: Getting 0xc1900101 error when trying to go from build 1903 to 22H2 on a fresh install

I was having the same error and tried many of the suggestions here before performing the reinstall. After the windows install from disk I was able to get up to build 1903 but get the error 0xc1900101 when trying to get to 22H2.With the last attempt the video drivers were uninstalled with this tool as Windows automatically installed them:https://www.guru3d.com/files-get/display-driver-uninstaller-download,19.html The setupact and setuperr are linked below. Error 0xC1900101 is a generic rollback code, and usually indicates that an incompatible driver is present. The incompatible driver can cause blue screens, system hangs, and unexpected reboots.

I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and see if the installation goes through.

Note:
Before performing Check Disk and Clean Installation take a backup of user data, as there are chances of potential data loss.

I have spent more than 8 hours trying to update to Window 19 Version 1903, including doing what you suggested, without success.

The error message I got was:

0xc1900101 - 0xc4000D

The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation.
