Windows 10: Getting 0xc00000e9 when booting through USB

I recently tried making a bootable usb for windows 11, I was trying to do a clean reinstall. I tried with rufus and the media creation tool, when I tried booting it always gave me error 0xc00000e9, it's also on different missing/corrupted file, I tried multiple times for both but non works.

I have an Acer Aspire E5-575 and am receiving the following message. I am unable to safe recover or get to command. I replaced the SSD Hard drive and still get the same message. Cannot boot from CD either. Now what? Toss laptop?

Last week, my windows 10 HP laptop failed to boot up as usual. The system hangs up and the error message saying that a usb device has causing the problem. So i removed all usb devices, and half
the time it would boot properly, but tonight it won't boot into Windows again and constanstly displaying this error: 0xc00000e9. Sorry for my bad English. Any help welcomed.
