Windows 10: Gateway, Laptop Certain Keys not functioning correctly.

My keys on my keyboard "Q,W,E,R,U,I,O,P and NumLK" Will not work and i tried holding down FN + NumLK and it did not work. I suspected that my NumLK was on so when i pressed it the light and button did not work so i manually turned it off so then the light turned off but those certain keys still do not work.

• Single Click on the file.
• Tap F2 ( Function Key).
• Then type the name and enter.

Any changes made on your computer prior to the issue?

Are you using a desktop or laptop computer?

Have you tried any possible troubleshooting steps? If yes, what are those steps and did you get any error messages?

RD Gateway Server - how to remove permanently

Hello,
At my previous job, I was asked to take certain steps (don't remember now what they were) but it was to set up RDP to use a Gateway server.

Now that I've changed jobs, I still see the old IP and Gateway server information. I went to registry and deleted the entries from Terminal client and servers.

However, I still see a server name listed under RDP-Advanced-Settings-Use these RD Gateway Server settings.
I have opted for - Do not use RD Gateway server but was wondering how to remove the old server name entry completely.
