Windows 10: Gaming Services is stuck on paused and I cannot cancel or complete the installation.

Recently freshly installed windows and while trying to reinstall some of my applications and games I was told that it needs to reinstall gaming services for some games to install. It then got stuck on paused with the game I was trying to install. I ran gaming repair tool and tried to run commands through PowerShell and could not fix this issue. If anyone could give any advice or help fix the issue would appreciate it.

Quantum Break won't download anymore after pausing and cancelling

I paused quantum break mid download. Then the download won't restart. So i try cancelling it and now it won't download. It'll go from 43.6 of 43.6mb and get stuck there, then i pause and restart to go to 123mb of 123 mb, and I have to pause and resume
for it to go any step further. I don't know why this is happening. Is there a fix? Having to restart the download is annoying enough but now i can't even download the game. I tried rebooting but same thing happens. Please help if you know how to fix

 

Gaming Services and the Minecraft Launcher Will Not Install

Error code: 0x80070490

Device: Brand new Acer Nitro 17.

I'm trying to install the Minecraft Launcher. When I click install and go to the Library page of the Windows Store I see it's trying to install both the MC Launcher and also Gaming Services. Both fail to install and give the above error code.

Things I've tried:
1) Windows Update - I've installed all updates, including optional updates.

2) Resetting the Gaming Services app via the Apps menu. Gaming Services IS NOT IN THE LIST.

3) Resetting the Windows Store per this suggestion (Redirecting)

4) wsreset.exe

While resetting the Windows Store I get a number of errors. I've pasted the results of step 2.3 here: Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073D02, The package could - Pastebin.com

While resetting the Windows Store and reinstalling Gaming Services (step 3.2 and 3.3 in the suggestion above)

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
