Windows 10: Gaming PC Is Slowing Down Dramitically

After I got a gaming PC a little over a year ago, i find the graphics to slow down very bad. I reset the PC, ran disk defragment, disk cleanup, system configuration, indexing files, etc. And it's still NOTHING HAS HELPED I've recently took a two week break from my PC, i went back on it and my frames were 120 and it was better than normal, after 30 mins it dropped to my average frame rate [60-80] on Roblox. When i originally first got my PC it was like 240 frames for months, then my PC started to lag real bad and then it went up and I hated it, and still hasn't improved ever since. Is there a WAY I can IMPROVE IT without it happening again? I've have tried EVERYTHING and it hasn't worked. My RAM is 8GB is is taking aroung 40% power. CPU 3.4GHz and is taking 30% power on average even when not playing games. GPU is 40% while playing games. Can i please have help to improve the PC to as good as new.

• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting. If you cant find the option, click View By and select Large Icons.

My pc is reacting slow

There are many possible causes why your computer is running slow. Examples are
not enough hard drive space, too many programs running at startup or in the background, data Corruption and hard disk fragmentation.
