Windows 10: GameSDK Service causing crashes

Recently I have been playing valorant and crashes have started occuring. After they persisted I performed a clean boot and enabled applications and services 1 by 1 and discovered that the cause of my game crashes was the GameSDK Service. As of right now this service is disabled as I am unable to play the game with it enabled, my questions are:How will having this service disabled negatively affect my performance?Is it likely a corrupted file that simply requires a clean installation for it to not cause issues, and if so, how do I go about doing this?

6. Restart your computer.

GameSDK Service

I got this error "Event 7000: The GameSDK Service service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified."

 

GPU-Z 0.7.5 causing crashes on load up

Any chance you could narrow it down to which running application causes GPU-Z to crash? Ideally steps to reproduce for me here.
