Windows 10: Games not using CPU and fully using GPU.

So, I found my game providing inconsistent fps like going 37 from 120 for a second then going back to 120 again.This is making my games unplayable. I monitored its CPU and GPU usage and found it is only using GPU and not even a single percent of CPU.This was recorded for Fortnite but it sometimes do the same for Valorant tooSee it is not using CPU at all the 8% usage was after I closed the game and was using browser while in game it was 1%.What should I do to make it use CPU too so I can have better performance?

I suggest you to use the same GPU in different computer and check if the issue persist.

As you mentioned that you have overclocked the CPU, Microsoft does not recommend overclocking the CPU.

All right, first let's check if one with PCI-Express is in a version below, the strange thing is that CPU and GPU bottlenecks are occurring at the same time, we'll have to see on the part.

What resolution are you using?

What is the motherboard brand?

Help with weird GPU/Integrated CPU game processing. Game is processing 3D on integrated CPU instead of the dedicated gpu

For the game Black Ops III through steam, the game has super super low frames, which is very odd for my computer, being tit has fairly good specs. Looking at task manager, the game says it is running through GPU 0- Copy, which is my NVidia GPU, but looking at the actual performance monitoring, the game is running nothing through that GPU, and all the 3D through my AMD integrated CPU. I have tried changing the settings in NVidia control panel, and in the Windows Graphics settings to use the high performance processor, and turn off power saving mode for using the integrated CPU. II have also tried reinstalling all the drivers for graphics I could, but nothing seemed to help. No other games seem to have this issue either. Anybody know what else I can do here?
