Windows 10: Game pass game launched itself on PC

So I made another post, can't find it. Yesterday I beat frog detective for windows. Erased game, removed permissions for it. Played high on life and halo infinite after on Xbox.Turned on computer this morning and checked achievement list. Yes I looked before and afterFrog detective is now back at the top of recently played.How is this happening? The game is uninstalled and no permissions. That usually solved this issue for me, now I'm lost.It's annoying as a I like to sort of organize my list haha. Is it a PC issue or anyone else have something like that happen? That you clearly noticed

Deathloop not launching - Game Pass PC - Error code: (0x80070102)

Tried all of these and no fix, Deathloop doesn't launch, stuck on the splash screen with "Launching game" and then just goes away, no error code anymore. Every other game pass game I play works, I even downloaded some more games to test; single player games, online only multiplayer games, all work except for Deathloop.

Honestly, I've spent more time trying to fix the issue than I'll probably spend playing the game, which is sad when it's clearly an issue with Xbox Game Pass and it's Deathloop version.

I'm just going to play the PS5 version on Playstation Plus Extra since it actually works.

I suggest pushing this up the chain as the "fixes" you gave me where just further proof of how busted Game Pass for PC is and that people have to do ridiculous things like changing time/date of your system and that nowhere is there an official statement or fix from Microsoft, all the ways around the spaghetti code of Game Pass is found by random users trying to play their games.
