I've had this trouble since I got Windows 11. whenever I connect my Galaxy Buds Pro 2 through bluetooth, it does successfully connect but the noise has so much static and will cut in and out. The earbuds will also disconnect and reconnect repeatedly, I can't use them on my pc at all.

Windows 11 - galaxy buds showing up but not connecting.

    Hi Eto,

I appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting the issue so far. It's unfortunate that the problem still persists despite the steps we've taken.

Ensuring the proper pairing process can sometimes make a difference. Here's a step-by-step guide:

    > Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned off and your Galaxy Buds are inside their charging case.

    > Insert the Galaxy Buds into the charging case in the correct position.

    > Close the case, and the battery indicator on the case should flash, indicating they are ready to pair.

    > If the battery indicator doesn't flash, the buds might need a charge. Charge them for at least ten minutes before attempting to pair.

After that follow these steps to re-pair your Galaxy Buds:

    > Press Windows + I key to open Settings.

    > Click Bluetooth & Device.

    > Turn on Bluetooth.

    > Click "View more devices" and look for Galaxy Buds from Audio.

    > If you find your Galaxy Buds in Audio click three-dots (...) and select "Remove device"

    > Click "Add device".

    > Select "Bluetooth".

    > Now, open your Galaxy Buds case.

    > Wait for the scan and look for Galaxy Buds in the list. Make sure it's in range.

    > Pair Galaxy Buds.

Please don't hesitate to get back to me with the outcome of these steps, or if you have any further questions.

    Best regards,

  3. Connecting Galaxy Buds Pro 2 to Bluetooth Windows 11

Hello Roopal, thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community. I am here to help and provide assistance with any questions or concerns you may have.

Based on the information you provided, it appears that the issue is specific to your laptop rather than the Galaxy Buds themselves.

I came across a thread on this same Microsoft Community forum where a user shared a similar problem with their Galaxy Buds Pro 2 not connecting properly after updating to Windows 11.

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

A member of the community recommended uninstalling the current drivers and replacing them with ones obtained from the official website of your computer's manufacturer. To do this, locate the Bluetooth drivers specific to your laptop or desktop on the manufacturer's website, download them, and then proceed with the following:

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Bluetooth

-Look for Bluetooth driver that was installed

    -Right click and Uninstall

After this, install the drivers you downloaded.

I hope these instructions assist you in resolving the problem.

Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.

  4. Galaxy Buds 2 Pro issues on Windows 11

Connecting Galaxy Buds Pro 2 to Bluetooth Windows 11

I'm trying to connect my Galaxy Buds Pro 2 to Bluetooth on my Windows 11 laptop. When I click connect, it says 'connected', but there is no connection 'ding' as there usually is when I connect the Buds to Bluetooth. I also tested to see whether they had actually connected or not by playing a video but the audio came from the laptop, not the Buds. I also can't remove them from the device, as it says 'remove failed'. I can connect the Buds to my phone and my other laptop, so I don't think there's something wrong with the Buds. I can also connect my headphones and other devices with this laptop so I don't know if there's a problem between the Buds and this specific laptop. But I'm not sure why this is happening as I was able to connect it before but all of a sudden it stopped working.

    Thanks

    Roopal
