Windows 10: Frozen black screen after loading screen

When I opened my laptop, I saw the loading screen but after it finished it only showed the black screen. So, I turned the power off and turn it back on but still faced the same issues. Then, I decided to wait a couple minutes and this thing popped out on my screen"The instruction at 0x00007FFE036CS53B1 referenced memory at 0x00007FFE0370DC50. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc000009c.Click on OK to terminate the program"I wanted to click it but there's no mouse cursor so I had to press spacebar & sometimes I pressed enter key. Boot to black screen/frozen loading screen

Hey I just updated my windows 10 and now I can never get to the login screen. It's either a black screen or a frozen load screen. I recently got a gtx 970 and things were working fine for a couple of weeks. Then I updated and I can't even use my computer
anymore. I have tried a clean instal of Windows several times and still I can't fix this problem
