Windows 10: Frequent crashes with buzzing noise from headphones

Howdy,I have been experiencing frequent crashing with my PC along with a buzzing sound from my headphones. This has been happening since i built the PC several years ago. IntelR CoreTM i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz, 3600 Mhz, 8 Cores, 16 Logical Processors Installed Physical Memory RAM 48.0 GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 I am receiving this error on my event log at roughly +- one second with my kernel 41 error which i assume is just me restarting my PC: The device driver for the Trusted Platform Module TPM encountered a non-recovera

Buzzing Noise in Headphones after updating Windows

Hello, if I could get a response that'd be greatly appreciated. I'm still having the problem no matter what solution I try. I tried going back to the previous update, but the buzzing noise came to the previous restore. When I mute, the sound goes away
and other headphones also have this buzzing noise coming from Windows, so it's not a problem with them. The laptop's internal speakers seem to be fine. This buzzing noise happened to me when I updated my old laptop to 1803 as well. I've updated my laptop further,
I'm on version 1809 now. Please help me get rid of this buzzing noise.

 

Buzzing Noise in Headphones when no sound is being played

Here's my results

1. The buzzing doesn't decrease if I lower volume / increase if I raise volume
   
2. My headphones don't have a volume control built-in
3. My headphones don't have a detachable cable
4. I plugged my headphones into my phone and didn't hear any buzzing

After I updated my laptop's Windows 10 to version 1803, a buzzing noise started coming from anything plugged into my headphone jack. My laptop's internal speakers seem to be fine. Please help.
