Windows 10: Frequent Blue Screens. Most Recent being Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap. File system.info

I've been having frequent blue screens for a while which I thought was a ram issue after doing a memory check. I've bought new ram and this solved the issue for several months but recently it has been coming up with the same errors again. I'm just wondering if this is a driver issue of if this means my cpu is compromised. Pasting the most recent Error log into here now.
