Windows 10: Freezing and unresponsive inputs.

Several times over the past couple days, my computer has frozen completely and does not respond to any input making me have to do a hard reset in order to get it out of it. These freezes happen at random times and I cannot figure out why. • What USB input device are connected to your tablet when this issue with the touch screen is happening?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you done so far to fix this issue?
• Have you tried using your device without the USB input device?

Instead of uninstalling, we suggest disabling the "USB input device" listed in Human Interface Devices and check if it resolves the issue.
