Windows 10: Free SSD Space

Hi Community. Dohn here again. See attached screenshot #123. Currently, the “Windows C:” drive has 87.2 GB free space. Recently, I have been doing housekeeping. I have deleted many small folders and files from my Documents folder. Also, the Optimize Drives utility is scheduled to run weekly, and I have occasionally run the Optimize Drives utility manually. I have noticed that the amount of “Windows C:” drive free space has been gradually decreasing. Question? By deleting all those folders and files from my Documents folder, shouldn’t the am

SSD storage keeps filling up on its own

Hi Ash,

There's a possibility that the files are just hidden. As an initial troubleshooting, we suggest following the steps below on how to display hidden files that's eating space of your SSD:

• On the Search bar, type folder, and then select
  Show hidden files and folders from the search results.
• Under Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives,
  and then select OK.

SSD clone issues with Space

Good Afternoon everyone

so my SSD drive was starting to get full it has 128gb capacity. I decided to upgrade to a 500gb i found on newegg for a decent price. I used the paragon ssd clone program and everything transferred succesfully. Then i changed the boot order in my start up and menu and have succfully removed my old ssd and and running on the new one. My issue is when i check my disk space for the new SSD it is still showing me the old SSD and saying it is almost full. Did i miss a step somewhere? Has anyone else had this happen?

Thank you all for your suggestions. What I ended up doing was to insert my USB drive with the Fall Creator's update and reinstall over windows keeping all of my settings. After that my SSD which is my C drive had
the total amount of space used down from 107GB of 250 to 51.7GB. Plus the December update that was causing all my problems and not installing, was installed.
