Windows 10: FPS distort problem

Hi, I'm having a issue where my display screen actually suffers from framerate when using apps that require high usage of performance, mostly when gaming in games that is with intense graphicsThe FPS is not just like single frame stop, it's a distort like changes 6 framerate to 3 framerate. Like it lasts for somewhere 10-20 seconds then returns to normal. The FPS is confirmed to be great and it stays at 60, but when this happens it goes to this issueI'm not entirely sure what is needed for this issue, but any questions and I'll gladly answer themI can confirm however that this isn't normal, I

Fortnite FPS Problems

Standing by here waiting for the results of the fixes I gave you for FPS stuck at 60 fps which is a known issue which I gave you every available fix for.

sound distorted after windows 10 anniversary upgrade

This is where I'm at on my HP laptop with Windows 10 and the Anniversary update.

I completed step #3 "hardware and sound" but that took me to an option for "sound, speakers." There was no "properties" as step #4 suggests. I selected "sound, speakers" and then found "properties." After selecting "properties" there was no "enhancements
tab" as step #5 suggests.

Regardless, I then uninstalled the realtek audio driver. I noticed that when I did this without restarting my laptop that the sound was now tinny, but not distorted as it was previously. After restarting, the sound was again full, yet distorted.

Realtek still shows in my programs list, though it shows no memory is used.

games drops fps and distorts audio ( windows 11 )

hi recently ive went through a problem inwhich games drop fps to around 1 and audio distorts , this is just the diplay fps since the game says the fps is normal ( through nvidia performance window ) the bug affects other apps too and goes away when i turn off the game ,the issue isnt a driver issue since ive clean installed the drivers using ddu , ive tried restarting my pc ( with keep files ) and it still happens , not all games cuz the bug but most of them

here is a list of the games the cause the bug :
trove
halo infinte
fortnite
pc building simulator
and geometry dash ( but rarely , it usually happens in geometry dash when i use another app for a long time while the game is running in the background )

the only game i play that doesnt cause the bug is minecraft bedrock ( havent tried java )
