Windows 10: Forza Horizon 5 error

I am trying to open Forza Horizon 5 but and error keeps coming on my screen and it says "The procedure entry point agsintialize could not be located in the dynamic link library" is there any way i could fix this and i've been trying for hours to fix this. Thank You

We appreciate you have shared the troubleshooting you have already performed for the installation of Forza Horizon 5. All those steps you have performed are our recommendations here. We notice there are issues with the installation for Forza Horizon 5 recently too which was isolated to Forza Horizon 5 alone. In connection to that, we suggest that you:

• Try disabling any antivirus, VPN and other related apps.
  
• Updating the drivers of your PC.
  
• Make sure you meet the system requirements without installing or enabling enhancement for your PC. Forza Horizon 5 PC Specs – Forza Support (forzamotorsport.net)
