Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4 not loading past the snapshot image pc

For the past 4 days I have been trying to play Forza Horizon 4 on my pc because I enjoyed it on my Xbox. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 4 times now did not work, went to forza support did not work, went to Xbox supportand got stuck in the xbox loading page for 30 mins before i closed the tab, tried over 30 different solutions. And before you ask YES I do meet system requirements cpu:i5 10900k RAM:24 gig gpu: dual 2080 super psu: 800w Please I would LOVE to be able to finally play the game.

Forza Horizon 4 will not unistall

Hi Titus,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I'd suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Click on Start menu, and look for Forza Horizon 4. Right click on it and select
Uninstall.

You can also uninstall the game through settings by following the below steps.

1. Press Windows key + I together to open Settings.

2. Click on Apps > Apps & features.

3. Click on Forza Horizon 4.

4. Select Uninstall.

Let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's fixed.
