Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4: bluetooth headset sound suddenly lost after minutes of gameplay

Hi. I bought a new bluetooth headset because I do not want to disturb others while I am playing. I also bought on MS store a DTS headphone X to improve the sounds on my headset during its gameplay which actually works great. However, when I tried playing forza horizon 4, the sound on the bluetooth headset lost probably after 2 minutes of gameplay. I already tried the below steps but it did not solve the issue


sound settings > communications tab > set to "do nothing"


I also tried this option but it doesnt work:


Right click sound icon in taskbar > sounds > recording tab > right click on the bluetooth headset > select disable

Forza Horizon 4 no sound in game

So i just got Forza Horizon 4 and there is no sound only in cutscenes. I already reinstalled sound drivers and restarted it.

Forza Horizon 4 will not unistall

Hi Titus,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I'd suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Click on Start menu, and look for Forza Horizon 4. Right click on it and select
Uninstall.

You can also uninstall the game through settings by following the below steps.

1. Press Windows key + I together to open Settings.

2. Click on Apps > Apps & features.

3. Click on Forza Horizon 4.

4. Select Uninstall.

Let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's fixed.
