Windows 10: Follow up to being locked out of my PC

I'm a very determined man, and as remote As A Live Microsoft Chat can be, I persisted and spoke to a very helpful person. He sent me a few links and the long and the short of it is, the reason I can't reset my password or my PIN is because windows needs my BitLocker information, which I have. However when I went to enter it I was only able to enter one number. The field would not allow me to enter the second letter or anything beyond that. So, good people, what to do? Another solution the gentleman from chat support proposed was to just going to safe mode. I know you're all off enjoying, I hop

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

Lock Screen Image Issue

I would suggest you to set the default pictures as the Lock Screen picture from the PC and check if it works or not.

Follow the steps below:

• In start type "settings" and press enter.
• Select Personalize
• From the left click on "Lock screen"
• Select the default picture and conform by preview.
