Folder named ToolLib in C:\ProgramData that wasn't there before. There’s three small .DAT...

There's this folder that every time I do a full scan says there's 137 files that cannot be scanned because they are password protected. All of them are from one of the .dat files in the ToolLib folder. I don’t know what these files are, and it makes me worried that they are password protected.

    :)

  2. Can't delete folder in c:\ProgramData\

While working in the elevated Console Environment, try these commands:

    md C:\Junk

    move C:\ProgramData\Battle.net C:\Junk

Now reboot, then delete the junk folder.

  3. Unable to hide the ProgramData folder

    Hi AndreMF,

Please run the following commands from a Command Prompt window.

    • attrib c:\programdata
    • fsutil usn readdata c:\programdata

    Post the outputs.

Also, create a new folder (C:\test) and run:

    • attrib +h C:\test

Does the "test" folder appear transparent in Explorer?

You may also create a new local user account and see how the folder appears in Explorer.
