Windows 10: Fn+W shortcut not working

I have a Razer BlackWidow V3Tenkeyless, and I want to switch WASD and arrow keys for gaming,but when I press Fn on my keyboard,it lights up the F1,F2,F3,FF,F6,F7,F9,F10,F11,F12 and Pause keys, and i cannot use other Fn shortcuts, and Razers software says that the Fn key cannot be rebinded, is there any way I can swap arrow and WASD keys?

Function keys won't work w/o hitting Fn key also

So how do I get to BIOS + what do I do when I get there? The keyboard came with the new computer. Not impressed with any of it + especially Windows 10. The function keys clearly have their use listed on the key, but they won't work w/o the Fn key. That's definitely not right.

As per the issue description FN keys are not working after upgrading to Windows 10. It seems the Fn key got disabled in Windows Mobility Center. Follow the steps below to enable Fn key in Windows Mobility Center:

1. Click "Start", type "Windows Mobility Center" and press enter.

2. In the Windows Mobility Center window, please locate "Function Key Behavior".

3. Click drop down arrow next to "Function Key Behavior" and then select "Function key"

There might be a chance that there is some system file corruption. So, I would suggest you to run
SFC scan and see if it brings any difference.

System file check is a utility built into the Operating System that will check for system file corruption. The sfc /scannow command (System File Check) scans the integrity of all protected operating system files and replaces incorrect,
corrupted, changed, or damaged versions with the correct versions where possible.

• Press Windows key and
  X at the same time.
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin) from the context menu.
• In the command prompt, type sfc /scannow and hit Enter.
• Exit command prompt.

If issue persists try to create new user profile as an administrator and see if issue persists in new user profile. For creating new user profile you may refer to the steps provided below.

  Press Windows key + R

  Type control userpasswords2 and click OK

  Click on add under users tab
  
• 
  Click the option, "Sign-in without a Microsoft account
  
• 
  Click on Local account
  
• 
  Choose a name for the account

  Add password if you want to

  Apply and click OK.
