    OOBELOCAL error?

    I'm getting an error with OOBEREGION at the start

    Then OOBKEYBOARD at the middle of the setup.

    Then OOBNETWORKLOSSSAVERVERSIONV2 at the network setup page.

    Then OOBELOCAL after that.

    Then OOBESETTINGSMULTIPAGE I cannot get further as there is no option to skip.

    But is there anyway other way windows recovery mode?

    OOBELOCAL error?

    I brought a new pc on eBay it came with no operating system so installed windows 10 on it but it came up with OOBELOCAL error and I can't seem to get past it.


    Any suggestions would be great?

    Windows 10 oobe error

    Hello, i have an HP pc which i upgraded to window 10 using the mediacreation tool and used the "upgrade this pc" option. It all worked fine, was using it for about 2 months, but due to slow performance i thought i should reset. I did so with the "clean
    drives" option... It was going well till it got to the oobe setup, i received "something went wrong" for "ooberegion" "oobekeyboard" and "oobeeual" which i skipped all. But was stuck at "oobelocal" in the account tab and I'm unable to skip.

    I've been at it for two days now, pls help.

    I did not go through this process when i upgraded at first and i dont have an installation disk or iso.

    What do i do pls??
