Windows 10: Fix my restarting problem after connecting to bluetooth speaker.

All of a sudden, playing audio out of a Bluetooth audio device headphones, speakers would cause my laptop to bluescreen and restart.Recently, when turning on my laptop, it would automatically connect to my Bluetooth speaker and then bluescreen. It would do this repeatedly. But when i turned off the Bluetooth speaker so that it couldn't connect to the laptop, it stopped bluescreening.My drivers are up to date.I have no idea what caused this issue to happen, or how to resolve it.Please help.

Problems with connecting Bluetooth speaker to windows 8.1.

Hello,

Have the following problem with connecting my Bluetooth speaker in windows 8.1, every time I connect my Bluetooth speaker in windows 8.1, it listed the the Bluetooth speaker twice, to get the Bluetooth speaker to connect have to remove both of the speakers
turn off Bluetooth then turn Bluetooth back on again and then the Bluetooth speaker will connect and work.

Is there a way to fix these issues.

Any help would be great.

Bluetooth Speaker connects as "Connected Voice" only

We understand your concern as the Philips BT50B Bluetooth speaker is not getting connected as audio device, due to which you are unable to play any music from the speaker. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly,
please reply with the answers to the questions below.

• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
• What is the make and model of the motherboard?

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these methods and check if that helps.



Method 1: Uninstall the drivers.

1. Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
2. Scroll down and expand Bluetooth & Audio Adapters. Now Right click on the
   Philips BT50B devices and select
   Uninstall.
3. Check the box beside “Delete the driver software for this device” and click
   Ok.
4. Restart the PC and reconnect the device.

Bluetooth speaker wont connect to laptop?


I'm having some trouble figuring out what to do here, my Bluetooth speaker wont connect and isn't even discoverable by my laptop. i want to connect my Bluetooth speaker to my laptop but when i go to Bluetooth settings my speaker does not show up on the list of devices. I have un-installed and re-installed the drivers, i've reset the Bluetooth driver management service and Bluetooth support services but still nothing is working, any help would be much appreciated.

just in case you need to know the specs.
speaker: Bush soundbar model-BSB02BT20
laptop: Hp Elitebook 8470p running windows 10

please help!
