  1. Fix issues related to automatic log in - passwords out of sync

I have a Windows 11 Home PC which previously had Windows 10 installed on it and I had set this up to auto login it's worked fine for years. However I recently changed my microsoft.com password and since then auto login is no longer working, I am assuming that the saved password on the machine is out of sync with the online version. Now when the PC boots up I get an incorrect password error and two user account icons both with my name at the bottom left of the screen. I then need to enter the new online password and approve 2FA which is becoming a bit tedious. On my other devices that have login

    Firefox Password / User Issues

Try clearing all of your saved data (passwords, history, etc), and when you log back into each page tell FF to remember the username and password (also, don't forget to check the "remember me" button on each page that you are logging in to). This worked for me when FF wasn't automatically logging me in
