Step 2: Update all the system drivers.

Interrupt Exception Not Handled and Kmode Exception Not Handled error, in a loop

I have been facing this very annoying problem when my laptop crashes abruptly either with "Interrupt Mode Exception Not Handled" or "Kmode Exception Not Handled" and this goes on in a loop. At a whim, it successfully boots to windows but crashes again with
either of the above errors. I have restored my windows after which the problem reduced (not disappear) allowing me to get some work done sporadically but the problem has resurface with full vengeance rendering my laptop useless over the last couple of days.

My laptop (specs below) came with Windows 8.1 but I successfully upgraded to Win 10 without any hiccups. I had no issues for several months but this problem has been plaguing my laptop since February. I can't recollect exactly when was the first time this
problem surfaced but am confident this was after I updated the Nvidia driver to the latest version after being prompted by the Nvidia software.

Please let me know how I can fix this very annoying problem.

Model- Dell Inspiron 14 5848

Thanks for your response but am not able to solve the issue yet.

After going to "Repair your computer" and navigating through the different options available, the only option that makes sense to to me is to reset my computer (which I have already done once early this month without solving the problem) and even that does
not work as I get an error message saying something like "the drive windows is installed on is locked and not available". Earlier this month when I reset my computer, I did not do it through an installation media but from the system menu.

Btw, if it helps I noted down the error code (which shows up when my PC goes into loop of Interrupt Exception Mode Not handled and/or Kmode Exception not handled): 0xc0000001.

Can you please not give me general troubleshooting suggestions (I assure you I have tried all) and give me a
personalised solution by taking a look at the error dump files uploaded on Onedrive?? I get a feeling that you have not even looked at the

error dump files and my
computer configuration.

I also tried speaking to your support desk for windows 10 (for the interrupt exception issue) which was going nowhere even after speaking to them for around 30 min. I spent a major part of my time trying to explain the meaning of the word "random" to your
support staff for he kept asking me how frequently I get the Blue screen errors. He did not seem to understand the absence of pattern means "random". To say that I am utterly disappointed from the support so far would be an understatement!!

I was expecting better support from Microsoft for their flagship product!!
