Windows 10: Fivem error: exception processing message 0xc00005 - unexpected parameters

So yesterday the program was working fine, but today when I turned on the pc and tried to launch the fivem I started getting this error, I tried everything from checking event viewer, reinstalling app, reverting Nvidia drivers, fixing some issues in event viewer but nothing seems to help, it appeared out of no where and left no traces... I can't find any fixes in the internet tho, but I saw that this has appeared for some people too couple months ago.

Hi.I have a problem with a pop-up message that says: "processing exception message 0ex0000005-Unexpected parameters". I am using Windows 7 Profesional Edition and the message appears when I start a program. Can you tell me the steps to solve this problem?

I keep getting this message: Exception Processing Message 0xc0000139 - Unexpected parameters. What do I need to do?

 

Windows No Disk Exception Processing Message Ocx0000013 - Unexpected Parameters

When trying to sync from Bill.com to Quickbooks I receive the "Unexpected Parameters" message, then I just hit cancel 3 times, then I get a new error message "There was an error processing QB updates"

Bill.Com said this was a Microsoft Issue.
