Windows 10: File transfer speed is really slow ,I am getting max 4 to 5mb/s.From SSD to USB drive.Can...

As mentioned above,while transferring files from my drive to USB it's taking ample time.And I am taking about simple 2 to 4 gb size files.It ain't surpassing the 4mb limit.I have turned off the RDC and also disabled the autotuning feature.What seems to be the problem? Is it my SSD/USB or windows related?Any help is appreciated.

Slow Windows 10 tranfer speeds

Since Windows 10 transferring anything from anywhere to anywhere localy is very slow, it start slow, speed up to almost max speed of the device, then the transfer becomes very bumy and hit 0KB/S quite often,I have a SSD for OS and a HDD for everything else

Moving things from SSD to HDD is quick, and it runs at the HDD's max speed and not much bumpynes , but If I try to transfer to/between/from USB devices it is much slower and bumpy, if Its USB 3.0 it goes at 50MB/S max and for USB 2.0 its around 10 MB/S and
for both USB types it is not because of the drive's max speed

I really need to move a lot of stuff and it took almost 10 hours to move 30GB from Usb 2.0

I Already looked at othe posts and tried some things they said might help but its still amost the same so I hope someone knows how to fix it

I'll try to put it simple.

I am a video editor and i use a lot of USB 3.0 external HDDs on the workstation that I use as media management, it's a 2013 machine, but still really usable.
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z77-UD5H, CPU Intel i7 3770, 16gb DDR3, O.S. Drive Samsung SSD 850 PRO.

The problem is that since I switched to Windows 10 I get really slow transfer speed from the USB 3.0 ports. Even if I am using really fast drives like portable SSDs, I get trasnfer speeds that goes from 1 MB/s to 20 MB/s at maximum speed.

After trying everything I could do to solve this problem, i discovered that if i simply uninstall the "Controller host Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible - 1.0" from device manager, reboot the PC, wait for Windows to reinstall the driver, after this procedure it works seamlessy. I get proper transfer speed.

The BIG problem is that it works until I turn off the computer, or reboot. If I do that, it comes back to were it was before, slow speeds, sometimes problems recognizing drives that I plug in USB 3.0 ports.

So the solution, if I have to transfer files, is (every time) to start the PC with no drives attached on USB ports, uninstall usb host controller, reboot, start working again without turning off the PC until I have managed to do all the transfers.

Next time, same thing, over and over again.

I cannot find a solution to "freeze" the state of the USB driver, or the controller, or whatever is causing this problem, at the point were it works. Which is just after reinstalling the USB controller host.

Can anybody here help out?
