Windows 10: file system error code -2144927436

Window icons show on the screen but are not available. The settings is not available. When I click on hp support assistant, file system error code -2144927436 pops up. I am asking from my Fire tablet. Thank you.

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.

  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  

• 
  Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.

Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to delete the existing copy of the movie on the external hard drive, try to re-copy and check if the issue persists.

Step 2: I suggest you to run a SFC scan and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.
