Windows 10: File system error -2147416359

Hello,

I am experiencing file system error (-2147416359) and unable to open any .jpg or .png files. I havent checked for videos yet.

I have tried running scan from command prompt. It fixed the corrupt files but did not help with this particular error. I also tried powershell, that also did not work. Please help. Thank you.

This day i finished an artwork in a typical photo editor. I exported the image and when i wanted to see the final result it gave me this:

file system error -2147416359 (my default app for images is microsoft photos)

PS:I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I even tried a different user..but no success
