Windows 10: File Explorer 'updates' all OneDrive files to make it seem like they have been opened just now?

Hello for the past few weeks, whenever I open file explorer, it 'updates' all my OneDrive files so it looks like I've recently opened them. This is rather annoying, as I have a bad habit of naming and renaming files indefinitely, so I end up with a lot of similarly named files and I cannot remember which one is the newest - except I can use file explorer to figure out which one is the newest - or at least I used to. So rather than being forced to learn a new and better habit, I was wondering if there is a way to prevent this from happening? I have attached a picture where you can see all my fi

Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?
