Windows 10: File explorer runtime library error

The fileWhen I open file explorer from the taskbar like one or two times, this message appears and after I click on it the program restarts.It also appears after I rightclick on a file on the app.*** Moved from Spanish Forum ***

Dear Guru ,

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, Runtime Error

Program : C:\WINDOWS\ImmersiveControlPanel\SystemSetting.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.

I have problem in above mention command which was highlighted. Should my error was related to the "Internet Explorer"

Because artical which you mention to solve my problem there i didn't get any link which connect to my error and solve the problem.

Please reply positive answer which should helpful for me .
