    I am trying to copy a folder that's a few hundred gigs from one hard drive to another. I can't copy them because Windows Explorer gives me an unspecified error. Both hard drives are in perfect health as reported by Crystal Disk and are both internal SATA drives. My system is a Dell Inspiron 3847 desktop with a 4th gen Haswell i5, 8 gigs of RAM, and three drives: 128 gig SSD for OS, 1tb and 320 gig hard drives for added files storage. I am copying from the 320 gig drive to the 1tb. Both are Segate, if any of that is useful. If anyone knows how to get rid of this error that would be great! I have tried many other steps from Googling and none worked. I swear one of these days I am going to take all of my Windows computers and run them over and buy Macs, because Windows pisses me off way too much.

    BIOS error codes

    So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

    Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

    Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.

    File Copy Error in Windows 7

    Hi,


    I'm trying to copy files from my extrenal drive, but i keep getting an error (see screenshot). I have also tried using Teracopy, which gets the same error.


    Has this happened to anyone before?

    I'm running windows 7 btw. & i have used multiple USB ports on my system.

    When did the error code appear? During POST? Was it a Windows bluescreen error?
