Windows 10: File Explorer crashes in Windows 11 every time it's launched from the taskbar

For the past two years, my File Explorer has been unable to open from the taskbar if it isn't already launched without causing either the taskbar or the entire screen to disappear and reappear without opening the file explorer. I have found that this only happens when I try launching the File Explorer from the taskbar and have found no issues with opening it from Chrome's Downloads menu, the Desktop, or even the pinned icons in the Start Menu. My computer is up to date, and I've tried the following suggestions with no avail:Running netsh winsock reset from the command prompt in Administrator

• First unpin the File Explorer from the task bar.
• Press Windows + E.
• And right click on File Explorer in the taskbar.
• And Pin the File Explorer to Taskbar and Check if it helps.

Thanks for the reply. No this did not work.

File Explorer did launch when I pressed Windows +E, but after pinning this to the taskbar, it will not launch from there. Any other suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
