Windows 10: File and print sharing will not turn on. Win10 iot/enterprise

I work for a POS company that uses simple file sharing. I have pc's that when i go into network and sharing the file and print sharing is off. When i click it back on and save. go back in it is back to off. that computer will see computers on the network, but will not file share the needed files from the main computer.I have traced this back to SMB in install windows features. I try to enable SMB 1.0 client but windows fails to install it. with error code0x80073701

Actually, IoT Core does not have a menu, that is the default application that comes installed on the sample image from Microsoft. When you create your device you would replace that default experience with the purpose driven application for your solution.

Can I upgrade from Win10 enterprise 2019 LTSC to Win10 enterprise IoT 2019 LTSC

Hi all,

I am looking to understand if it is possible to "upgrade" from Win10 enterprise 2019 LTSC to Win10 enterprise IoT 2019 LTSC. We have some devices that currently are in use with Win10 enterprise 2019 LTSC installed. As this version is now out of support and not receiving all updates we are hoping to change to Win10 enterprise IoT 2019 LTSC as an in place upgrade or similar method that will not cause us to lose data. Is it as simple as changing to a relevant licence key or more involved?

I was looking into using Windows 10 IoT Enterprise for a few devices that I am deploying. I was trying to find the distributors page to contact distributors to get more information on pricing, but all the links I found ended in a dead end. Can someone
