Windows 10: Family protect being blocked

Family Protect is being blocked by the firewall on my network, I cannot see screen time on my network. When on another network without the firewall it updates and works fine so it's working fine on the laptops and account itself. I need to know what needs to be allowed on my network for traffic so it can work on my network. Turning the firewall off for this to work is not an acceptable solution as it's already tested as working and set up fine, please just advise where traffic needs to go so it can be allowed.
